Overview

Interventional Psychiatry Clinic (Spravato Focused) seeking motivated PRN excited to deliver rapid remission from depression for patients who have been failed by traditional medications and a broken healthcare system. We offer an innovative environment and highly competitive compensation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN to join our team. The PRN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions in an inpatient or outpatient setting. This role requires a dedicated professional who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse psychiatric needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status and medical needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and monitor for side effects, ensuring patient safety.
  • Provide crisis intervention and manage acute psychiatric episodes effectively.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.
  • Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted RN license in [State].
  • Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (as required).
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications, behavioral health assessments, and crisis management.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
