Registered Nurse - Fertility

We are offering a $2000 sign-on bonus with this role!

• Working collaboratively with physicians, clinical team members and other practice employees, provides professional nursing care for clinic patients.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Complies with applicable regulations and laws, adheres to the policies, procedures and rules of our practice, follows treatment protocols and standard operating procedures, and complies with all safety policies.
• Acts as liaison between patient and other clinical team members throughout the evaluation and treatment process
• Interacts with and proactively reaches out to patients, to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless patient experience.
• Assess patient needs and level of understanding after physician consultation, and determines need for further information and/or clinical interventions.
• In coordination with other team members, ensures that tests ordered by physicians are conducted, results are gathered and physician is informed, to allow physician to formulate cycle plan.
• Conducts patient education on injections and medications.
• Makes individual recommendations and treatment decisions pursuant to protocol and with physician oversight.
• Consult with potential patients and educate to treatment protocols, medications, and infertility procedures or clinic processes.
• Perform routine examinations, procedures, phlebotomy, ultrasounds, and administer medication(s).
• Assist in the OR and PACU as needed.

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in TX, ASN or BSN
• Current BLS
• ACLS and IV Skills preferred
• Fertility experience preferred
