Overview

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the RN position is to provide general healthcare, training, and education to clients in a clinical environment. This position requires professionalism, empathy, and positive regard in verbal, written, and non-verbal communications. The goal is to promote trauma-informed practices, provide suicide-safer care, and foster a supportive and welcoming environment that promotes racial and health equity. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team and with internal and external stakeholders.

The RN operates under the administrative supervision of the program manager or practice manager at the RN's primary work site and under the clinical oversight of the program's designated RN Supervisor. Moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment is exercised in this position.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement. Other duties may be assigned. A flexible work schedule may be required. Integral Care employees strive to maintain a trauma-sensitive workplace and to foster a supportive environment of care.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • License:
    Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience:

    1–2 years of nursing experience providing direct care; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Details

Hours:

Full-Time. Workhours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Workdays:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

Salary: $43.84 – $55.89 hourly, depending on years of licensure, plus an additional 18% crisis stipend. Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay:
Second Shift $3.25/hour;
Third Shift $7.25/hour;
Weekend Shift $8.00/hour.
