We are seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Nursing to join our team in Austin, TX. The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage the operations of the nursing department, ensuring adherence to professional standards and compliance regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining quality patient care, implementing infection control practices, developing and enhancing nursing policies, and providing mentorship and leadership to nursing teams.

This role requires active collaboration with medical professionals and administrative teams to ensure a thriving educational environment for students.

• Proficient in Nursing Management and Long-term Care practices
• Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to provide practical guidance
• Knowledgeable in Infection Control procedures and implementation
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Possession of an active nursing license in the state of Texas
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a nursing leadership role is highly beneficial
