We’re hiring a QAPI Manager (RN) – a detail-oriented and experienced nurse who will lead quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care. This role is essential to maintaining regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement across our hospice program.

What You’ll Be Doing- Collaborate with the Director of Patient Care Services to provide ongoing, comprehensive assessments of care quality
- Coordinate and implement the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Plan
- Complete related audits and studies to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
- Review incidents, concerns, and grievances to ensure proper follow-up and documentation
- Conduct regular QAPI meetings, report findings, and develop action plans
- Work with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to initiate hospice services
- Maintain compliance with hospice policies, state and federal regulations, and standards of practice
- Registered Nurse with a valid state license
- Minimum of 2 years of varied nursing experience, with at least 1 year in QAPI preferred
- Hospice or home health experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards (driver’s license not required unless specified)

- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Anticipated pay range
$90,000 - $105,000 USD
