Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health performs patient visits, coordinates care, and serves as the primary contact for interdisciplinary teams. Key duties include consulting with physicians, performing accurate OASIS data collection, maintaining current medication profiles, reporting lab values timely, and participating in weekly and monthly case meetings.

Qualifications

Registered Nurses must meet these requirements:

• Be licensed as an RN in the state of employment
• Preferably have at least one year of clinical experience
• Demonstrate current nursing knowledge and skills
• Hold a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
