• Obtain patient assessments and create individualized plans of care.
• Revise nursing plans based on patient response and evaluate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to deliver safe, accurate treatment.
• Administer medications and conduct procedures according to hospital policy.
• Delegate tasks to non‑licensed staff while maintaining professional standards.
• Provide pre‑ and postoperative patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, self‑management, and discharge planning.
• Facilitate discharge plans in coordination with the care team.

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a clinical nursing role as an RN.
  • Experience in an acute care setting – preferred.
• Education:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – preferred.

  • Texas Registered Nurse license or Compact RN license (Texas license must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – preferred.
