Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our ECMO/CVICU team. This position requires experience in critical care, specifically with ECMO and cardiovascular patients. You will be providing exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment while working with advanced technology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs of patients.
• Administer titratable drips and manage hemodynamic monitoring.
• Provide care for respiratory patients, including those on ventilators and BiPAP.
• Support recovery from open-heart surgery and related procedures.
• Utilize and manage ECMO, Impella, and intra-aortic balloon pump devices.
• Perform procedures such as central line and chest tube insertion, tracheostomies, and intubation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Experience with cardiac monitoring and rhythms.
• Previous experience in a CVICU environment.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
