Summary

Relief Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position at Integral Care in Austin, TX. The primary purpose of the LVN position is to provide general nursing care, administer medication, and provide training to clients in a clinical environment. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and positive regard for others in verbal, written, and non‑verbal communication. The goal is to promote trauma‑informed practices, provide suicide‑safety care, and foster a supportive and welcoming environment that promotes racial and health equity.

The LVN works under the direction of an RN, MD and under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

• Administer medication and nursing care to clients in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with a team and internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a trauma‑sensitive workplace and embrace trauma‑informed practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program.
• Current LVN license in Texas.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 2 years nursing experience.
• Bilingual preferred.

Relief schedule. Workdays and work hours as needed.

• $29.38 - $37.46 an hour depending on years of licensure, plus a 10% crisis stipend.
• Second Shift differential: $3.25/hour.
• Third Shift differential: $7.25/hour.
• Weekend Shift differential: $8.00/hour.
