AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family! The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities of the assigned unit.

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR certification.
• IV certification preferred.
