Behavioral / Psychiatric RN Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric and behavioral health assessments
  • Administer medications and monitor patient response
  • Support crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams
  • Ensure patient safety and adherence to treatment plans
  • Document care accurately and timely
Qualifications
  • Active Texas RN license
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or related care setting
  • Current ACLS/BLS certification
  • Calm, compassionate, and confident in high-acuity environments
