Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts; ensure and provide quality resident care; maintain compliance with regulatory standards; provide leadership and support to nursing staff; manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long‑term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
