Were supporting their search for a Nurse Manager to lead a high-acuity Labor & Delivery Unit with full responsibility for unit operations, staff development, and patient outcomes.

Location: Austin, TX

Type: Permanent, Full-Time, W2

Salary Range: $84,849 $ 127,274 (based on experience)

Relocation & Sign-On Bonus: Available

What You'll Do:

• Own the day-to-day operations of Labor & Delivery
• Drive performance, patient safety, and quality benchmarks
• Lead and mentor clinical teams through growth and change
• Partner across departments to ensure seamless OB care
• Represent a hospital culture built around clinical excellence

What Youll Bring:

• At least 1 full year as a Nurse Manager in the past 3 years (ANMs with 2+ years will also be considered)
• Minimum 2 years acute care L&D leadership experience
• BSN required, MSN preferred
• Active TX RN license (or compact eligibility)
• BLS & ACLS certified
