Duties- The registered nurse will assess patients related to chief complaints and medical needs.
- Administer nursing care to ill and injured patients both pediatric and adults.
- Administer medications and treatments per physicians orders.
- Provide information on health maintenance, disease prevention and follow-up through discharge instructions and planning.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a hospital-based or free-standing emergency center treating both pediatric and adult patients.
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- Current Texas RN License.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
- TNCC and CEN preferred.
