• Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and minor urgent care
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient health records
• Collaborate with nursing staff and facility personnel to ensure continuity of care

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one) in the state of Texas
• Active DEA registration
• Experience in correctional healthcare, primary care, or urgent care is a plus
