Join Our Child Care Services (CCS) Team!
As part of the CCS team, you’ll work alongside a talented and dedicated group committed to supporting our community, families, and employees while advancing Baker Ripley’s impact in the Austin region.
About the RoleReporting to the Family Services Manager, the intern will play a key role in outreach efforts to help families maintain eligibility for childcare scholarships, connect with case managers, and access community resources. You’ll also support inclusive practices through Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) training, assist with administrative tasks such as spreadsheet management and workload tracking, and contribute to marketing and outreach by creating materials and participating in community events.
Interns are encouraged to design and implement a project that enhances Family Services operations, aligned with their academic interests or career goals.
What We OfferThis hybrid, part‑time internship provides flexible scheduling and hands‑on experience in nonprofit program planning, community engagement, and project management.

- Hours available between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Education:
Current university student or Associate’s degree holder in a field related to non‑profit work, social services, health and human services, communications, or a similar field. - Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a related capacity (preferred 1–3 years). - Computer proficiency:
Basic skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Language:
Bilingual (English‑Spanish) preferred.
