The HT Group has a workforce development client in Austin,
Texas, seeking a Bilingual
Outreach Coordinator who is creative, community-focused, and digitally savvy to lead outreach initiatives that drive engagement, awareness, and participation in workforce programs and services. This role focuses on developing and executing digital and traditional outreach strategies, building community partnerships, and expanding engagement across social media and in-person channels to connect individuals with available resources.
- Develop and distribute outreach and promotional materials while maintaining brand and identity standards.
- Execute digital and traditional outreach campaigns to increase program awareness and enrollment.
- Build and manage social media platforms, online communities, and in-person presentations.
- Initiate and manage SMS messaging and other digital engagement campaigns.
- Identify innovative strategies to reach underserved and hard-to-reach populations.
- Conduct A/B testing on outreach materials such as digital flyers, mailers, and splash pages.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders.
- Support program enrollment by educating and training community partners on best practices.
- Monitor trends in digital platforms, outreach tools, and community engagement strategies.
- Assist with videography, recording, and editing projects as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital outreach tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and general computer applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the communities being served and an understanding of local needs.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2+ years of related experience preferred.
