GDHIF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing secure, ethical, and impactful health data practices. The foundation works to influence policy, build strategic partnerships, and support innovative health technology initiatives, including collaborations with leading organizations such as AHDX.

• Oversee daily operations and manage organizational workflows
• Lead strategic planning, partnerships, and policy advocacy efforts
• Drive fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and grant applications
• Represent GDHIF externally to stakeholders, partners, and the health data community
• Support initiatives that align with GDHIF’s mission and its collaborations with AHDX

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, health policy, or digital health
• Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relationship management
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and operational skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Familiarity with health data, privacy standards, and research initiatives preferred
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Part-time role with deferred compensation
• Hands‑on leadership with direct influence on foundation strategy and mission
