- Onsite Tuesday-Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday Typically 9-5.

We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer to launch innovative ways for our Ads Sales team to engage with small- to medium-sized advertisers. You'll serve a critical role on our Worldwide Growth Marketing team. We're here to help make it easy for businesses of all sizes to grow and find success with advertising experience that only we can deliver. You'll be responsible for:
- Building and executing regionally tailored marketing content plans focused on the top priorities for Sales.
- Immerse in how our Sales team operate to gain a full understanding of their key sales motions.
- Use your Sales team expertise to prioritize one-to-one deliverables that matter most and save them time.
- Create enablement materials that include presentation decks, message guides, and one-sheet documents.
- Ensuring the work you produce reflects the latest by working cross-functionally with teams across our Ads.
- Expanding the value, you bring to Sales by influencing the work being developed by our Growth Marketing team.

Minimum qualifications- 5-7 years as a B2B marketer in the tech or digital advertising industry
- Experience working with senior sales executives to develop and activate revenue-driving initiatives
- Significant experience delivering sales marketing content across numerous communication channels
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication that's thoughtful and encourages deeper collaboration
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and project management abilities
- Track record of building strong working relationships with Sales leaders and creative teams or agencies
- Savvy at tackling issues, providing creative solutions, and quickly adapting to changing priorities and needs
- Consistent track record of being an effective cross-functional collaborator
- Embraces data and insights to inform decision making
- Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity.
