- Proposal Support:
Be part of the action helping us craft winning proposals. - Project Profile Creation:
Develop new project sheets using information provided by project managers, utilizing Adobe InDesign. - Resume Updates:
Update team resumes to keep everything fresh and polished. - InDesign Creative Library:
Develop graphic assets using information provided by the marketing and project teams. - Social Media Content:
Help develop content that grows our online presence. - Cosential Database Entry:
Learn the magic behind managing a marketing database. Input project and personnel information in Cosential. - National
Collaboration:
Work with marketing professionals across our seven U.S. offices and gain experience in national coordination. - Executive Access:
Engage directly with company leadership and board members, learning how to communicate and collaborate with top leadership.
- Current students or recent grads in marketing, public relations, journalism, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus! - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about social media content creation and strategy.
