The Sr. Internal Communications Manager leads the development and execution of internal communications that drive clarity, alignment, and a strong organizational culture. Owns teammate messaging, employee campaigns, executive announcements, all‑hands meetings, intranet content, and cross‑company updates. Works alongside the VP of Communications to ensure narratives align with organizational strategy and priorities. Partners cross‑functionally to ensure employees have the information, context, and support needed to perform at their best.

- Collaborate with the VP to align internal communications to broader organizational strategy.
- Develop and execute communications plans that support organizational priorities, strengthen culture, and enhance employee engagement.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable internal messaging.
- Draft, edit, and manage teammate messaging, executive announcements, company news, employee campaigns, intranet content, newsletters, Teams messages, and all‑hands materials.
- Own high‑visibility company town halls and executive communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational strategy.
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure employees have the information and context needed to perform effectively, engage appropriately, and maintain excitement and optimism for company culture.
- Design initiatives and campaigns that foster engagement, recognition, enthusiasm, and alignment with company values.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and develop new programs to continually improve our internal communications programs.
- Own communications for charitable partnerships and employee‑driven initiatives, highlighting impact internally and externally where appropriate.
- Monitor engagement metrics and employee feedback to assess the effectiveness of internal communications.
- Provide insights and recommendations to create new opportunities, refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Oversee and manage all workplace award nominations, including “Best Workplaces”.
- Work alongside the People team to effectively communicate our employer value proposition to current and prospective candidates.
- Manage cross‑format content creation, research, scheduling, and publication/delivery across all channels (career site, Linked In, Glassdoor, social media, etc.).
- Identify and share PR opportunities that highlight Nutrabolt as an employer of choice.
- Support the organization in the communication and planning for the current and future social focus areas of Nutrabolt’s corporate social responsibility strategy.
- 4+ years’ experience developing and executing internal communications strategies that support business priorities, change initiatives, and company culture in a fast‑paced organization.
