Job Title: OEM Marketing Program Manager (Contract)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Pay Rate: $22–$24/hr

Job Description

The Global OEM Marketing team is responsible for defining marketing strategies, priorities, and programs that support co-marketing initiatives with OEM partners. The team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to align business priorities and develop co-marketing strategies that increase awareness, consideration, and demand for Client-powered PCs.

This role will focus on supporting partner‑led marketing plans, sales enablement, and product lifecycle activities including pre‑launch, launch, and post‑launch readiness. The position will also manage key partner marketing deliverables and coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective program execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with partner alliance teams and cross‑functional stakeholders on marketing plans, operations, and campaign activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain annual marketing investment plans and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Track and manage OEM marketing budgets while ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and contractual terms.
  • Conduct spend analysis and maintain tracking systems for partner marketing investments.
  • Develop and maintain structured processes for reviewing marketing plans and ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a marketing program subject matter expert, supporting internal and external campaigns and maintaining dashboards for marketing activities and funding utilization.
  • Monitor competitive marketing landscape insights to support planning and investment strategies.
  • Drive awareness initiatives through strategic marketing programs and content while supporting customer acquisition goals.
  • Track regional program execution and performance using KPIs tied to measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Manage quarterly program initiatives including nominations, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, operations, legal, finance, and sales to optimize partner marketing processes.
  • Support the development and distribution of sales enablement and marketing assets for internal and partner teams.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain a global marketing calendar highlighting product launches, campaigns, and major milestones.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership while managing expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to support overall marketing partner efficiency.
Preferred Experience
  • Self‑motivated individual with the ability to take initiative and lead projects.
  • Strong executive‑level communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Experience in business planning, project management, and marketing fundamentals including budget and contract management.
  • Understanding of OEM marketing structures and partner sales operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging timelines.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and accountable with strong prioritization abilities.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
