Smartish makes everyday life a little easier with phone cases and stuff just clever enough to solve unexpected needs. Smartish is an independent Austin-based eCommerce company that makes mobile tech and accessories.

The Marketing Production Coordinator keeps marketing and creative production on track by managing workflows, coordinating campaign assets, and ensuring day-to-day campaigns and major product launches stay on schedule across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and direct to consumer (DTC) channels.

This role partners with Creative, Marketing, Paid Media, Marketplace Operations, and external marketing agencies. You’ll manage project Intake, timelines, asset readiness, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns and product launches move from brief to launch on schedule.

Creative & Marketing Workflow Operations
  • Manage day-to-day creative and marketing project workflows in Wrike (project management platform), from intake through launch.
  • Maintain production and content calendars to ensure visibility into timelines, priorities and workload.
  • Scope projects, confirm required inputs, assign tasks, and track progress, flagging risks or blockers as needed.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Creative, Marketing, Paid Media, Marketplace Operations, and external agencies.
Campaign & eCommerce Launch Execution
  • Coordinate creative deliverables for product launches and marketing campaigns across eCommerce platforms and DTC channels.
  • Track asset readiness for SKU-level updates, seasonal refreshes, and major launches, ensuring review, approval, and QA are completed on schedule.
  • Partner with Marketplace Operations team to ensure all assets meet platform requirements.
  • Support influencer and PR campaigns by coordinating invitations, correspondence, and tracking campaign assets and product deliveries.
  • Assist with recurring refresh cycles tied to key product moments (e.g., new device launches).
Asset & Content Operations
  • Maintain accurate trackers for creative assets in production, review, and live status.
  • Manage asset handoffs between Creative, Paid Media, eCommerce, Marketplace Operations, and external agencies.
  • Ensure correct versions of assets are used across channels.
  • Keep shared folders, naming conventions, and documentation organized and up to date.
  • Support content production by documenting shot lists, coordinating props, and scheduling photo/video shoots according to campaign timelines.
  • Assist with uploads, updates, and distribution in coordination with Marketplace Operations and other teams.
Reporting & Process Optimization
  • Maintain project and marketing performance dashboards (channel metrics, launch reporting, media hits) to ensure team visibility.
  • Track production timelines, launch readiness, performance highlights, risks, and open tasks, providing weekly updates.
  • Ensure project documentation and SOPs are complete, accurate, and consistently maintained.
  • Follow established SOPs and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reporting clarity, and cross-team visibility.

About You
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, creative operations, project coordination, or production support.
  • Experience supporting marketing or creative teams in eCommerce, DTC, CPG, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with Amazon or online marketplaces is a plus.
