Responsibilities- Develop and execute cold outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and partnerships
- Design marketing materials including digital graphics, advertisements, and promotional assets
- Create and edit video content for marketing and social media platforms
- Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms
- Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility
- Generate, edit, and publish written content aligned with brand voice and strategy
- Track marketing analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to refine branding, messaging, and growth initiatives
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
- Experience with video editing tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital advertising platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Background in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
- All majors will be considered based on demonstrated skill and experience
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, content creation, or outreach preferred
- Demonstrated portfolio of creative or marketing work is strongly encouraged
