We are seeking a highly commercially minded Account Director to drive activation layer stakeholder management and growth of our marketing operation activity. In this role you will lead the team and manage the client roadmap, optimizing local market campaign pressure and targeting through our CRM systems to empower local markets in achieving their business goals. You will be a master of data‑driven decision‑making, possess a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and excel at collaborating with and guiding local market teams.

• Lead and develop customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
• Enhance client communication strategies.
• Develop project scopes, plans and budgets.
• Produce high‑quality presentations for internal and client meetings.
• Actively seek new opportunities that align with the company's growth strategies.
• Manage a team of project managers.
• Recruit and cultivate a strong team, defining roles, objectives and expectations.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinated project managers, developers, data scientists and experienced designers. You will work with competent teammates from all around the world, who always go the extra mile to help one another. We're looking for a strategic‑minded individual with a sharp strategic vision capable of discovering new possibilities in the marketplace and building strong client connections. You are proactive in initiating campaigns that not only meet but surpass client expectations regularly and manage several projects simultaneously.

• 8+ years of experience as a project manager in CRM, digital marketing or related field.
• Extensive experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across departments.
• Extensive knowledge of working with data, technical projects and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web and/or marketing automation.
• Ideally experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Strong competence, confidence and self‑discipline to manage deadlines, estimates and budgets excellently.
• Great communication skills in English.
