Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Communications Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our communication strategies, both internally and externally. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills, capable of conveying our mission, values, and key messages to a diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Write, edit, and distribute a variety of communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
• Manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze communication trends to adjust strategies and improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and strengthen employee engagement.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for events, initiatives, and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Familiarity with media relations and experience in handling press inquiries.
