With less sugar than the leading brands, no artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives, and over two million followers on social media (@joyridesweets), JOYRIDE is rapidly growing and redefining what better-for-you candy tastes, looks, and feels like.
What You Will Do

You'll help bring JOYRIDE's voice to life across Tik Tok, Facebook, and beyond, while kicking off influencer seeding + VIP moments that make the community feel genuinely connected. You'll own day-to-day community engagement (comments, DMs, sentiment) and help shape how JOYRIDE shows up across channels outside of Instagram. You'll also build and manage creator relationships-supporting outreach, gifting, and partnerships that drive buzz and brand love.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee community management to grow engagement, shape sentiment, and ensure timely, on-brand responses.
• Lead JOYRIDE's influencer seeding program, including monthly gifting, list management, outreach, and relationship nurturing.
• Build and manage influencer partnerships for key activations from discovery through execution, ensuring creators feel genuinely connected to the brand.
• Develop and execute VIP mailer strategies tied to key campaigns, launches, and brand activations.
• Monitor social and cultural trends to identify real-time opportunities for JOYRIDE to show up in relevant, playful, and brand-forward ways.
• Track, analyze, and report on influencer, community, and social performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.
• Monitor organic content, DMs, paid ads, and external channels where JOYRIDE is mentioned to track sentiment, surface insights, and flag opportunities or risks in real time.
• Create a JOYRIDE VIPs group to foster stronger community engagement with the brand's biggest fans.

You're a strong communicator with a sharp eye for what's trending, and you know how to turn everyday interactions into real community moments. You're organized, proactive, and excited to build creator relationships that help JOYRIDE grow in a fun, authentic way.
Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience working on a social media or influencer marketing team for CPG and/or creator-founded brands
• Proven expertise across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social preferred)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and measure marketing, influencer, and community KPIs
• Strong understanding of influencer and social media trends
• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for brand voice and consistency
• Experience developing campaign calendars and managing content pipelines
• Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally and with influencer partners
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
