The Role
We’re hiring a Partnerships & Growth Associate to support sponsor outreach, pipeline momentum, and growth operations as we scale our events and partnerships in Q1 and beyond. This is intentionally a versatile, hands-on execution role with sales outreach as the primary priority. In the early stages, you will productively support adjacent content, coordination, and marketing-related tasks as needed.
You will not be responsible for closing deals or defining partnership strategy. Your role is to increase leverage, speed, and follow-through for the Head of Events & Partnerships, who owns partner fit, strategy, and closing.
Day-to-DaySponsorship Outreach & Pipeline (Primary Focus)
- Execute targeted outreach to qualified sponsor prospects.
- Work warm leads from past event attendees, referrals, and inbound interest.
- Support selective outbound (not mass outreach).
- Book first meetings for the Head of Events & Partnerships.
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date sponsor pipeline and track outreach, responses, notes, and next steps in Airtable.
Coordination & Follow-Through
- Support follow-up after sponsor meetings.
- Ensure no sponsor conversations stall due to missed follow-ups.
- Assist with event logistics, including vendor communication and material coordination.
Growth, Content & Marketing Support (Secondary)
- Assist with outreach copy (email + Linked In).
- Help with other growth or marketing-related tasks as needed to keep momentum across events.
- Assist with general communications needs for the Gild team.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales development, partnerships support, business development, or growth.
- Comfortable with warm + selective outbound outreach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Clear, professional written communicator.
- Versatile and proactive — able to help where needed without losing focus.
- Comfortable interacting with founders, executives, and senior operators.
- Startup, agency, or community-driven experience is a plus.
You’ll work inside a modern, lean stack:
- Airtable – CRM, sponsor pipeline, event tracking (source of truth).
- Instantly – outreach sequencing and follow-ups.
- Luma – event RSVPs and attendee communications.
- Discord – internal communication.
- Not a senior partnership or sales leadership role.
- Not a pure marketing or community manager role.
- Not a mass outbound SDR position.
This is a relationship-first, quality-over-volume business, and the role reflects that.
Monthly salary: $1,000 USD
First 90 Days Success- Clean, reliable sponsor pipeline in Airtable.
- Consistent flow of booked sponsor meetings.
- Strong follow-through with zero dropped balls.
