• Contribute content ideas to enhance marketing programs and support sales outreach
• Create and optimize multi-format content, including reports, blogs, emails, and guides
• Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for content improvement
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to produce industry‑specific content
• Report on key content performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly

• Minimum of 3 years of content/communications experience in marketing technology solutions to large enterprises
• Proven experience in the B2B cybersecurity industry is preferred; tech/software experience is a must
• Strong writing skills demonstrated through a diverse content portfolio
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and SEO/AEO best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with stakeholders

• Experience writing copy for successful email marketing programs
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms
• Residency in Austin, TX is preferred but not required
