Who You Are

As the Director, Brand – C4 Beverage, you are the architect of one of the most disruptive and fastest‑growing performance energy brands in the world. You sit at the intersection of strategy, sport, culture, and innovation – leading the vision that fuels athletes, everyday warriors, and high‑performers. This role is about building more than campaigns. It’s about building belief. You will define the long‑term brand strategy across our full product portfolio, shaping how C4 shows up from shelf to screen to sideline.

As a brand leader, you’ll translate consumer insights and cultural momentum into breakthrough product launches, compelling storytelling, and commercial impact. From driving the next flavor innovation to our brand‑led campaign initiatives, you will ensure every touchpoint reinforces C4’s position within the energy drink category.

  • Build the future of C4 – shape and champion a bold, long‑term brand vision for the C4 portfolio ensuring every innovation, campaign, and activation ladders up to a clear strategic ambition and fuels sustainable growth.
  • Ignite world‑class execution – inspire and mobilize cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated, culture‑driving campaigns and breakthrough launches that expand brand heat, retail momentum, and consumer preference.
  • Be the strategic heartbeat of the Beverage portfolio – serve as the connective tissue between marketing, innovation, and commercial partners, aligning strategy with execution to maximize impact across every channel and touchpoint.
  • Elevate the voice of the consumer – champion deep consumer understanding across the organization, shaping product pipelines, storytelling, and brand strategies that anticipate needs and create lasting consumer preference.
  • Turn insight into action – translate consumer data, cultural trends, and competitive dynamics into sharp brand positioning and differentiated messaging that strengthens C4’s positioning.
  • Drive performance with precision – lead with accountability by establishing clear KPIs, measuring impact, and continuously optimizing initiatives to accelerate growth.
  • Build a culture of high performance – cultivate a team environment rooted in innovation, ownership, and excellence, empowering everyone to think boldly, act decisively, and win together.
What You Contribute
  • 8–10+ years brand marketing, ideally with blended CPG and DTC experience, within beverage (Energy, CSD, Bev Alc, etc.) or other relevant CPG categories.
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of shaping world‑class marketing and innovation strategies (3 YR Long‑Term Brand Strategies & 1 YR Action Plans) that drive meaningful revenue growth, increase brand equity, and elevate cultural relevance.
