- Ouro is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be a key player in ensuring process efficiency and timely execution of marketing deliverables, with a primary focus on JIRA. They will partner with the Creative team and work cross functionally with several departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strong critical thinker with a passion for Marketing, process optimization, and the strategic use of marketing automation to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with key Marketing, Creative and Print operations team members to ensure high quality of work and timely execution.
- Daily prioritization of items in the Marketing & Creative queues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the Marketing team.
- Work quickly and efficiently with precision to details, project organization, and timelines.
- Maintain and update library of Marketing & Creative resources
- Manage marketing budgets and closely partner with accounting to provide reports outlining channel spend and departmental expenses.
- 2 - 5 years in Marketing/Creative Operations or similar role.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback seamlessly and promptly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Proficiency with project management tools (i.e. JIRA). Familiarity with FIGMA, Brandfolder, Adobe is a plus.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, innovation, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Strong critical thinker, and problem-solving abilities. Self starter with a mind for Marketing.
- Clear written and verbal communication for collaboration and project tracking.
