Net Vendor is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to execute, optimize, and scale demand generation programs that directly support pipeline growth and revenue objectives. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and external vendors.
What You’ll Own
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Execute growth and demand generation campaigns aligned to defined priorities, targets, and budgets
- Own end-to-end execution across key channels, including:
- Paid media (Linked In, Google Search, retargeting)
- Email and nurture programs
- Industry partnerships, events, and sponsor ships
- Translate high-level strategy and positioning into campaign-level messaging, assets, and conversion paths
- Build campaign briefs and manage day-to-day execution with internal and external teams
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate lead routing, tracking, and attribution in Hub Spot
Campaign Messaging & Revenue Content
- Develop campaign-specific messaging grounded in approved positioning and value propositions
- Create and maintain high-impact, revenue-driving assets, including:
- Landing pages, ads, email sequences, webinars, and gated content
- Sales one-pagers, use-case assets, and campaign-specific follow-up materials
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns reflect real buyer pain points and sales feedback
- Support sales motions with targeted enablement tied to active campaigns (this role does not own core brand or product narrative)
- Own performance tracking for assigned campaigns, including pipeline contribution
- Maintain campaign dashboards and reporting for marketing and revenue leadership
- Run structured experiments across messaging, channels, and conversion paths to improve performance and lead quality
- Identify and execute optimization opportunities within campaigns, landing pages, and nurture flows
- Make data-backed recommendations to improve results, with execution authority focused on assigned campaigns and channels
AI-Enabled Campaign Production
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution and content production while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Build repeatable workflows that improve speed, consistency, and iteration velocity
- Apply AI as a production and optimization tool—not as a replacement for ownership or judgment
What Net Vendor Is Looking For
- 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or a compliance- or operations-focused market
- Proven experience executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns tied to revenue outcomes
- Strong campaign-level messaging and content execution skills
- Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations to support lead quality, routing, and handoff
- Hands-on experience with Hub Spot and paid media platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into action
- Comfortable owning outcomes within defined strategic direction and operating with clear accountability
