We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Strategist who can architect and own the entire marketing function from the ground up—strategy, execution, hiring, and iteration. This is not a “wait‑and‑see” role. You’ll roll up your sleeves on day one to drive growth with minimal resources, and build the high‑performing team you wish you had along the way.
At Cloudpi
, we help customer cloud spend optimized and maximize investment. Our offering is strong. Our client results are proven. Now we need someone who knows how to tell the story, generate inbound pull, and open enterprise doors at scale.
- Build and own the full‑funnel marketing strategy (SEO, content, email, events, partnerships, brand)
- Define the GTM plan across target verticals: manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, IT
- Identify and prioritize highest ROI channels across paid, organic, and community
- Create compelling positioning that bridges technical capability with business outcomes
- Execute core campaigns yourself: write content, launch email flows, optimize site messaging
- Build landing pages, write Linked In copy, tweak Hub Spot flows—whatever it takes
- Run experiments, analyze results, and double down on what works
- Refuse to let “lack of resources” be an excuse. You’ll find a way, or make one
- Hire and lead a team of freelancers, contractors, and full‑timers across growth, content, and design
- Set performance expectations, coach execution, and scale only when ROI is clear
- Create repeatable systems that remove guesswork from future growth
- Establish marketing ops foundation: reporting, attribution, tooling, and workflows
- Growth in marketing‑sourced pipeline, lead velocity, and account engagement
- Clear ROI from campaigns and experiments across all stages of the funnel
High‑quality marketing team built with precision and lean resourcing - Website and content channels evolve from passive to active lead generators
- 5–10 years in growth or strategic marketing roles, preferably at high‑velocity startups
- Track record of building marketing from scratch and scaling in resource‑constrained environments
- Fluent across digital channels: SEO, paid media, email, ABM, brand, conversion
- Skilled in building teams, workflows, and reporting infrastructure
- Strong written communication, executive presence, and bias for action
- Bonus: B2B experience in SaaS, or digital transformation
This is not a “manager” position in title only. It’s for a builder
. A scrappy operator who can plan like a VP and execute like a doer. If you’re looking to make a name by scaling something real from zero to 150—this is your stage.
(If this job is in fact in your jurisdiction, then you may be using a Proxy or VPN to access this site, and to progress further, you should change your connectivity to another mobile device or PC).
