Who You Are

The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in leading on-site strategy, promotional execution, and performance reporting across the Bloom and Nutrabolt DTC ecosystems. This role supports the day-to-day optimization of the website experience, communication with our customers through email/SMS, and delivers clear, actionable data share outs to inform commercial decision-making. This position sits at the intersection of site merchandising, retention marketing, and analytics – acting as a strategic operator who translates business goals into high-performing on-site execution.

Youre Good At
  • Support day-to-day site performance across Shopify storefronts, ensuring optimal merchandising, navigation, PDP experience, and conversion flows
  • Propose site strategy initiatives tied to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Creative, UX, and Development teams to brief, QA, and launch site updates that improve conversion and customer experience
  • Serve as a key point of contact for site content planning meetings, consolidating feedback and driving clear execution plans
  • Support the DTC promotional calendar in partnership with Brand, Marketing, and DTC leadership
  • Translate promotional strategy into on-site execution, including homepage modules, collection merchandising, PDP updates, banners, and messaging hierarchy
  • Own promotional setup, testing, and post-mortem analysis to continually refine offer strategy and execution
  • Ensure site readiness for high-traffic moments, including launches, tentpole sales, and paid media pushes
  • Execute portions of Email and Lifecycle Marketing teams for Bloom and Nutrabolt, supporting campaign execution through a consistent test-and-learn approach
  • Ensure alignment between on-site promotions and email/sms campaigns, including offers, timing, messaging hierarchy, and landing experiences
  • Coordinate site readiness for all major email sends, including homepage updates, PDP messaging, collections, and promotional logic
  • Support email and sms planning by providing performance insights, site constraints, and optimization recommendations
  • Participate in campaign retrospectives to assess site + email/sms performance holistically and inform future planning
  • Deliver clear, concise data shareouts to Bloom and Nutrabolt stakeholders, highlighting wins, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Product, and Development teams to ensure site strategy supports broader business objectives
  • Support the DTC roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities and contributing to prioritization discussions
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders by proactively identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
