Job Overview Ouro is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing across brand, retail, and AFS partner channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Partnerships, this role will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day coordination and collaboration with partners, Product Management, Creative, and Operations to ensure the successful, seamless execution of in-store and point-of-sale (POS) marketing programs and collateral development.

Success requires being an excellent project manager with a passion for timely execution, brand consistency, ideally within financial services or a similar consumer industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Marketing Execution & Support
  • Execute and manage the day-to-day marketing initiatives, including in-store activations, promotional campaigns, digital and trade shows.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate internal and external partner reviews for marketing materials, ensuring all collateral meets brand standards, along with legal and bank requirements.
  • Assist in managing the tracking and reporting of partner-specific marketing activities and expenditure.
  • Retail & Point-of-Sale (POS) Focus
  • Be the primary point of contact for the merchandising team, ensuring the timely and accurate deployment of in-store and POS marketing materials (e.g., signage, brochures, digital displays).
  • Support the operational logistics for retail-focused campaigns aimed at driving NFAs (New Financial Accounts/Acquisitions) and foot traffic.
  • Collateral & Campaign Development Support
  • Serve as the project coordinator for the development of marketing assets, including signage, digital banners, brochures, and training materials, collaborating closely with internal Content, Creative, and Product teams.
  • Maintain an organized library of approved marketing assets, ensuring easy access for internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the GTM process by coordinating asset delivery and campaign timelines for product launches and enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Performance Tracking
  • Act as a core liaison between the Partnerships team and the Marketing execution teams (Creative, Digital, Lifecycle) to ensure partner needs and campaign details are clearly communicated.
  • Help maintain and track the retail marketing budget to ensure expenses are allocated correctly.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and track partner ROI metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, retail marketing, or project management, preferably within fintech, financial services, or a high-growth consumer industry.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for partner and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Proficiency in tracking campaign metrics and working within a defined budget.
