The Role:We are seeking a Director, Influencer & Partnerships Marketing to lead Fliff’s influencer, creator, experiential, and partnership strategy. This role owns how Fliff shows up culturally — through creators, live experiences, and strategic partners — to drive brand affinity, community growth, and user acquisition.
You will be responsible for building and scaling Fliff’s influencer ecosystem, developing digital and high‑impact in‑person activations and events, and creating partnerships that extend Fliff’s reach across sports, culture, and entertainment. This role blends strategy and execution, requiring strong creative judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to build authentic relationships that translate into measurable business impact.
This is a highly cross‑functional role, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, Creative, Product, Legal, and external partners to ensure all programs are brand‑aligned, compliant, and performance‑oriented.
Key Responsibilities:- Own Fliff’s influencer and creator marketing strategy across platforms, defining how creators drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
- Build and manage a scalable influencer program, including sourcing, contracting, briefing, content development, and performance evaluation.
- Develop creator tiers and longer‑term ambassador programs that emphasize authenticity, community, and sustained impact.
- Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to define success metrics and measurement frameworks for influencer performance.
- Develop and execute Fliff’s partnerships strategy across sports, media, creators, events, and cultural platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships that drive meaningful reach, brand credibility, and business outcomes.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring value delivery, brand alignment, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory and brand standards.
- Own Fliff’s in‑person activation and events strategy, including live events, community activations, and creator‑led experiences.
- Design activations that translate Fliff’s digital experience into real‑world community moments that drive social amplification and loyalty.
- Oversee event planning, production, logistics, budgets, and post‑event performance analysis.
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to ensure all activations are visually distinctive and on‑brand.
- Define KPIs and performance benchmarks for influencer, partnership, and event initiatives.
- Translate qualitative brand impact into quantitative insights that inform future investment and scaling decisions.
- Develop post‑campaign and post‑event reporting to capture learnings and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Growth and Finance to inform budget allocation and ROI evaluation.
- Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for influencer, partnership, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth, Creative, Product, and Lifecycle teams to ensure integrated execution.
