Marketing Coordinator
We are a membership-based and hospitality-driven outdoor sporting club located in Dripping Springs, and we’re expanding to Horseshoe Bay. Our club offers a high-end country club experience centered around shooting sports, fishing, outdoor skills, and a strong social events program. We operate with three guiding rules:

. As we grow our operations and elevate our brand presence, we’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Coordinator to help us stay on-schedule with our goals, organized, and on-brand at all touch points.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working in close coordination with the Social Media Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of the overall marketing strategy, including marketing campaigns & advertising, membership sales & retention, event planning, and project management. You’ll be the glue that holds together creative timelines, publishing schedules, and messaging—while keeping a sharp eye on aesthetics, voice, and detail.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Help maintain the marketing calendar and keep campaigns on track
- Draft marketing copy and graphics for email, web, and social media
- Help with graphic design using Adobe tools
- Explore new advertising opportunities and manage advertising contracts
- Light front‑end website maintenance (Word Press, Wix, etc.)
- Track campaign/event performance and generate After Action Reports
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, etc.) to support creative and planning workflows
- Coordinate messaging across platforms like SMS, email (Klaviyo) and other tools
- Identify and help implement new software tools for the team
- Project management in a creative environment
- Adobe Creative Suite and basic design tools
- Strong graphic design skills
- Great eye for cohesive branding and visual identity
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
- A team player - although this might sound cliche, our business thrives on being team-driven. There are no "it's not my job" mindsets here.
This is an on‑site position at our home base in Dripping Springs, with some travel to Horseshoe Bay.
