Location:

Austin, TX. Salary: $97,000 – $156,000.

• Shape customer relationships by defining and enhancing interactions.
• Develop innovative CRM strategies using journey mapping, segmentation, and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with CX, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams.
• Conduct research & analysis, transforming insights into personas and journey maps.
• Utilize CRM platforms and analytics dashboards for measurement planning.
• Create integrated channel plans, contribute to pitches, and craft compelling brand narratives.

• 3–5 years in CRM, strategy, or experience planning.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and engagement strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud) and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker who integrates CRM into broader brand and customer experience strategies.
• Proven collaboration in cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Curious, driven, and eager to innovate.

As part of the dynamic Experience Strategy team, you’ll collaborate with creative, media, data, CX, and performance marketing specialists, and engage directly with clients to influence decisions and build lasting relationships.
