We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our internal and external communications strategies, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our organizational goals and values. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans that engage and inform our stakeholders, including employees, clients, and the public.

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and plans.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure accurate messaging.
• Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing reports and analysis to management.
• Manage and update the company s website and digital media as needed.
• Plan and coordinate communication events, including webinars, press conferences, and community outreach initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications or a similar role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and design software for creating engaging visuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
