Our client is building the professional network Gen-Z actually wants. Think Linked In rebuilt for the Tik Tok generation with short-form video profiles instead of CVs. The app is live, seed-funded, and preparing to scale across the US.

We’re hiring a hands‑on Marketing Lead to help drive US growth from the ground up. This is a maker role where you’ll be creating, launching, testing, and optimising, not managing from the sidelines.

What you’ll do

• A hands‑on Marketing Lead who can create content and run paid campaigns
• Launch and optimise paid social campaigns with full performance ownership
• Rapidly test ideas, iterate fast, and double down on what converts
• Build brand awareness and sign‑ups on a startup budget
• Own results from idea to CPAs and conversion rates

We’re looking for someone who

• Creates content themselves (Cap Cut, Figma, Ads Manager, Decks)
• Is fluent in Tik Tok, Reels, and short‑form internet culture
• Culturally fluent with Gen‑Z
• Has hands‑on performance marketing experience
• Speaks in CPAs, conversions, and outcomes
• Moves fast, ships often, and comfortable iterating in public
• Thrives in ambiguity and has built something from zero
