Overview
Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in one of the firm s regional offices. This role is pivotal in driving business development through proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. The RMM will work closely with practice leaders and marketing coordinators to develop compelling content and ensure alignment with firm-wide goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProposal Development
- Research and track new business opportunities.
- Lead proposal strategy, development, and submission processes.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and coordinate proposal content.
- Customize messaging to align with client needs and strategic themes.
- Mentor marketing coordinators and manage proposal production tools.
Interview & Presentation Support
- Develop and refine interview materials.
- Coach project teams through presentation rehearsals.
- Participate in debriefs and maintain CRM records.
Content Management
- Oversee updates to resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Conference Coordination
- Collaborate with events staff to manage logistics, graphics, and promotional efforts.
- Track leads and support pre/post-conference activities.
Demand Generation Support
- Contribute ideas for press releases, social media, and website content.
- Support award submissions and community engagement tracking.
Data & Performance Management
- Maintain CRM records and generate reports.
- Analyze marketing data to inform strategy and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development, ideally within the design or professional services industry.
- Strong proposal management and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (testing required), Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems.
