OverviewWe are seeking a Sr Marketing Operations Manager to join our globally distributed team to lead the design and build of solutions centered around our marketing automation platform, Marketo.
As a Marketo expert and MOPs leader you will play a critical role in shaping the future of how we use Marketo, from integrating platforms like 6
Sense, to data health, lead scoring, and implementing Marketo forms.
This is an exciting opportunity to be hands‑in transforming how Marketo and Marketing Operations support the business drive key top‑of‑funnel metrics and optimize marketing output and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, review & development of Marketo solutions, integration and programs
- Partner with business & technical stakeholders to ensure successful & timely delivery
- Manage, monitor and optimize solutions to improve marketing efficiency, automation, and personalization
- Define and implement strategic roadmaps to unlock new growth opportunities and expand existing channels
- Build and scale the technology infrastructure necessary for supporting global marketing initiatives
- Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and effective communication of product vision and progress
- Marketo certified (preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years experience in B2B enterprise Marketing Operations or technology roles
- Business minded, data driven & solution oriented
- Confident solution lead, with experience across Marketo programs and integrations
- Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines
- Affinity for teamwork‑oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Marketo forms, lead scoring, and integrations to support lead flow, validation, and compliance
- Experience with other Sales & Marketing tools is a bonus (6
Sense, Outreach, Qualified, ABM, Gold Cast, Pendo and syndication partners)
