* Position Title:

** Sprayer

** Pay $20*
* ** General Purpose*
* Responsible for coating high?tech electronic assemblies using spray equipment and manual touch?up methods. Follows detailed instructions, maintains quality standards, and works safely in a fast?paced production environment.

** Primary Responsibilities*
* + Apply coatings to electronic assemblies according to the Manufacturing Traveler.

+ Use spray guns and adjust settings based on coating type.

+ Mix coatings and thinners correctly, including 2?part coating materials.

+ Remove coatings when needed using the proper method for each material.

+ Read and interpret Manufacturing Travelers, drawings, and coating instructions.

+ Operate automated coating machines such as Precision Coat or Parylene systems.

+ Inspect parts using a microscope or magnifier to ensure proper coverage.

+ Manage time efficiently while coating multiple assemblies at different stages.

+ Work independently and as part of a team in a fast?paced, detail?oriented environment.

+ Use fine hand tools (X?

Acto knives, paint brushes, tweezers, micrometers, etc.).

+ Work safely around coatings, thinners, and chemicals and tolerate related odors.

** Basic Requirements*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).

+ Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings.

+ Good hand?eye coordination and dexterity.

+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during coating operations.

** Physical & Work Environment*
* + Frequent sitting, standing, and fine hand movements.

+ Frequent use of microscopes, tools, and coating equipment.

+ Work around chemicals, fumes, and moving equipment.

+ Standard 40?hour workweek; may require overtime.

+ PPE required; respirator use may be required depending on materials.

** Pay Details:**  $21.00 per hour
