THE ROLE

This engineering project management role drives schedules, execution, and logistics for the Server Product Engineering team. You will coordinate cross‑functional efforts from pre‑silicon planning through high‑volume manufacturing, keeping complex programs on track in a fast‑paced environment. Success in this role requires strong ownership, a collaborative mindset, and the willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical areas to remove blockers and help the team deliver high‑quality products on time.

The Person

You are a proactive, organized, and adaptable professional who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments. You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical teams and senior leaders, balancing attention to detail with a big‑picture mindset. You build trust through collaboration, take ownership of outcomes, and remain calm under pressure while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Curious by nature, you are comfortable stepping outside your technical comfort zone to ask the right questions, unblock teams, and keep programs moving forward with urgency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate status to management or executive staff
  • Define and manage key product deliverables/schedules and driving cross functional activities
  • Drive pre‑silicon planning
  • Drive customer samples execution and high‑volume manufacturing readiness, once silicon arrives
  • Work closely with our North America Engineering and Operations counterparts (extensive interactions within the Product Engineering organization)
  • Interact with several other internal organizations (Design, Supply Chain, Business and Customer Engineering)
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with other departments and global partners.
  • Collaborate on or assume responsibility for a specific project, or a definable portion of a larger project or process.
Preferred Experience
  • Semiconductor product development experience, ideally with CPU‑class products
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional engineering programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows tools for schedule, budget, and status tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across globally distributed teams
  • Experience presenting program status, risks, and tradeoffs to Director‑level leadership
  • Hands‑on debug experience in hardware, software, device, or manufacturing environments
  • Formal project management training or certifications (PMI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ISO 9000)
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including XP, Scrum, or Kanban
Academic Credentials

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
