As a Production Planner
, you will manage the flow of all materials and components through the business. You will ensure the production team has work in their queue, the correct priorities, and a clear path to build without blockers. This role requires a strong team player who can work across functional groups to achieve company‑wide goals in a rapid‑growth environment.

• Create production plans that translate sales/forecasts to a production plan that the procurement team can execute against.
• Release work orders to Production and kit requests to Inventory.
• Create visibility of material positions using line‑of‑balance, shortage, and clear‑to‑build reports.
• Support prioritization and expedite subassemblies to support integration timelines.
• Update demand to accommodate engineering change orders and communicate changes to procurement.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing support.
• Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems, as well as MS Office (Excel), basic math, and statistics.
• Proven ability to conduct clear‑to‑build reviews and expedite materials through production.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other disruptive manufacturing industries.
• Experience with AS9100 or US export controls is a plus.
