Job DutiesAs our INSTALLATION / MOD COORDINATOR
, you will collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as project managers and installation leaders, during construction projects and assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.
You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful administrative experience to KONE, ideally within the construction industry. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
Other Listed Duties As Needed- Responsible for obtaining site completion documents from customers and booking inspections with governing authorities.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Generates purchase orders for vendor, requested material required during the installation process.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
