Center Manager - Signs, Large and Small Format Printing and Installation

Alpha Graphics North Austin, the flagship production center of a growing multi-location Gold Circle Alpha Graphics organization, is hiring an experienced Center Manager to lead sign production, installation, small format printing, and inside sales operations.

This role is for a hands-on, no-drama leader with deep experience in vinyl, wall, window, floor, interior, and vehicle graphics who knows how to drive consistency, quality, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This is not an electrical or channel letter sign company.

Strong preference for candidates who live in Austin, Texas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop an nine-person production, installation, and inside sales team
• Own daily scheduling and execution across production and installation
• Improve process consistency, quality, and cycle time
• Serve as a lead contributor in solving production and install challenges
• Partner with sales to improve sales-to-production handoffs and estimates
• Maintain workflows, inventory, and supply purchasing (within authorization lavel)
• Drive accountability, professionalism, and a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For (must-have's)

• 10+ years of sign production and installation experience
  (vinyl, walls, windows, floors, interiors, vehicle graphics)
• Proven experience leading production and installation teams
• Strong large-format print, finishing and installation knowledge
• Calm, direct, detail-oriented leadership style
• Positive attitude; holds people accountable without drama
