Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in custom home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.

To support planned growth, we are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality products efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations under the direction of the Operations Manager
• Supervise, train, and support production employees
• Schedule and coordinate production to meet deadlines
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards
• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Maintain and oversee factory equipment and machinery
• Forecast production needs and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Manage purchasing, tracking, and receiving materials
• Resolve production issues and support customer service needs
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

• 3–5 years of management/supervisory experience (including hiring responsibilities)
• Experience in woodworking or cabinet making (32mm system experience preferred)
• Proficiency with woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Quality‑and safety‑focused mindset
• Ability to drive results while maintaining a service‑oriented approach
• Basic computer proficiency
