Are You Our Next Site Coordinator?

In this role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our team and the customer, ensuring smooth operations at our customer’s site. Your ability to respond with urgency, maintain effective communication, and manage technical aspects of the job will be essential to your success.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
  • Respond Quickly to Line Halts: Act with urgency to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
  • Install and Optimize Tools: Set up new tools and adjust existing ones for maximum performance.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Tools: Diagnose, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment to ensure continued operation and performance.
  • Perform Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.
  • Communicate Effectively: Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, addressing their needs with professionalism and responsiveness.

This role is based at our customer’s General Motors
, Arlington, TX facility and operates on 3rd shift, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. The position generally includes working Saturdays, resulting in an average workweek of approximately 49–50 hours. Schedule flexibility is required to support operational demands.

To Succeed, You Will Need
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
