As a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects, and help train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.

• Maintain and oversee material handling equipment (MHE) and facility equipment, such as Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems.
• Lead a team of service technicians and develop training plans; oversee vendors for planned and emergency repairs.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo‑eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used; develop job plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Move up to 49 lbs., stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, climb ladders and gangways safely, and perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 4+ years of predicting and preventive maintenance procedures experience.
• 4+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience.
• 4+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics experience.
• 4+ years of electrical and electronic principles experience.
• 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience.
• 4+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience.

• Associate's degree in Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead.
• Experience working with material handling equipment (MHE) safety standards in accordance with OEM requirements.
• 2+ years of programmable logic controls (PLC) programming experience.
• 2+ years of robotics system components and controls experience.

The base salary range for this position is 40.00 – 46.00 USD hourly. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
